Jessica Chandler, Proprietor
We would like to welcome back Jessica, Rafael’s sister who has taken the reins and is now the proprietor of Croft Street Fisheries. Croft Street Fisheries has been within the Chander family for over 10 years. Jessica was a finalist in the Young Fish Fryer competition back in 2011. She started working in the industry on the counter serving customers at 13 years old and becoming Croft Street Fisheries main fish fryer back in 2009, as soon as she turned 18. Jessica’s goal is to ensure Croft Street Fisherieswill continue to win awards and to serve Farsley with what we believe are the best fish and chips!
Julie Daniels, Manageress
Julie started to work at Croft Street Fisheries in 2008 as a counter assistant, and is our longest serving member of staff. She had previously worked at other fish and chip shops in Leeds for many years and is highly skilled in her role.
Julie is also trained as a Frier, and stands in to fry to cover holidays. In 2012 when the opportunity arose for a manager Julie retrained and is now responsible for managing all the Croft Street Fisheries team
Lisa Turnpenny
Lisa joined the team at Croft Street Fisheries in January 2016. This is her first role in customer service within the food industry having previously worked in engineering for 20 years. Lisa is a mum to two children and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family which includes her beloved German Shepherd!
So lucky to have the best fish and chip shop right on our doorstep. Never ever disappointed!!
