Open for Click and Collect and Walk-ups

Croft-street-openThank you to everyone who has used our new click and collect system over the last few weeks, helping us all to keep safe during these unprecedented times.

Following feedback from our customers, we’ve decided to reduce the minimum spend when using the click and collect system to just £5, meaning even more people can now enjoy a tasty portion of our fish and chips.

We are also now able to serve walk-up customers who haven’t pre-ordered, as long as social distancing is strictly maintained. For these customers, card payments are very strongly encouraged. Please also note that Click and Collect orders will always take priority.

Unfortunately we are still not able to take any orders by telephone and will not be answering the phone, checking emails or replying to Facebook messages during our opening hours.

To place your order simply follow these three easy steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Order and Collect’ button on our website (just under the logo) or ‘shop now’ on our Facebook page to be directed to our online order system.
  2. Select your preferred time slot and place and pay for your order online (minimum spend 5).
  3. Arrive at the shop at the correct time to collect your order (please arrive on time to ensure we can maintain social distancing).

We kindly request that all of our customers pay particular attention to step 3 above to ensure we can operate as safely as possible. Our priority will always be yours and our staff’s safety. If we feel that this is compromised then we will close down our operation, your co-operation is greatly appreciated in helping us achieve this.

Orders will be collected from our doorway, you will not be able to enter the shop. Please try to arrive on time, rather and either early or late to help ensure we can maintain social distancing outside the shop.

Please note: We cannot accept OR AMEND orders once they have been placed, and the order will be ready for you to collect at the time you selected. We cannot offer refunds for any order which you fail to collect. If you need to add something to your order, please let a member of staff know when you arrive to collect and the item can be paid for using contactless card payment (we are not accepting cash).
